Pre-release developer agreement
THIRI is pre-release software. This is the developer agreement for evaluation access —
plain language, three clauses, written by the THIRI team and not reviewed by a lawyer.
1. Confidentiality & non-disclosure.
You acknowledge that THIRI's pre-release software, non-public API endpoints, deterministic
music algorithms, and underlying MCP server architecture contain proprietary, confidential
trade secrets. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, dissect, or publicly disclose
the underlying logic, source code, or unreleased features without explicit written consent.
2. Pre-release software & permitted use.
The API, MCP server, and associated services are provided “AS IS” for evaluation, testing,
hackathon prototyping, and software integration. THIRI makes no guarantees regarding uptime,
latency, or continuous availability. You retain full ownership of any original applications
you build on the API; THIRI retains all rights to the underlying music engine, endpoints,
and brand.
3. Telemetry & feedback grant.
You permit THIRI to collect anonymized usage logs (request volumes, latency, error rates).
Any feedback, feature requests, or bug reports you provide may be used by THIRI to improve
the platform without obligation or royalty.
